Red wheat malt
I cooked 15# corn and added 3.5# Red Wheat Malt and 3# 6 row Barley malt. Neither malt converted the starches to fermentable sugars. Not sure if the malted grains were old or what. I received them from Austin Homebrew and used them the very next day. I plan on doing another batch tomorrow and see what happens. But for now I'm definitely not happy.
