Brewing Thermometer 1/2" NPT with 2.5" Probe

Great So Far

Not exactly as it appears in the pictures, this arrived as a 'Northern Brewer' branded thermometer, but as a small bonus it has both Fahrenheit and Celsius scales. It was originally about 10 degrees off, but it was easy enough to calibrate using the small screw on the back using boiling water as a reference. Only downside is that the face of the thermometer is inset by a good distance from the 'front' of the gauge and the numbers at right at the edge of the face. This means it can be difficult to read unless you are looking at it from straight on. If you have this mounted to a kettle and are looking down at it from above you wont' be able to read about half of the face.
