3 Gallon Glass Carboy

Just great

I've decided to try out brewing with a long primary and skipping secondary fermentation. This 3-gallon glass carboy is the perfect size for brewing a 1-gallon batch of beer. I loved being able to see the beer foam up during the initial fermentation, rather than hiding it away in a bucket. Now it looks just beautiful as it sits there and rests.
