I've only used it a few times, and I really like the convenience. It's easy to mix and it's very handy to apply on small items with a spray bottle.

Great sanitizer for plastic

Star San is my go-to for sanitizing plastic tubing, buckets, fermentation locks, etc., that would be stained with prolonged contact with Iodophor. A little goes a long way (1 oz. in 5 gallons of water). It's downside, of course, is that it creates foam like no one's business.
