Poor Quality Control

I ordered three bags for teacher appreciation day. All three bags came and I noticed one of the bags had an incorrect sewing pattern. Looks like they just cut it instead of sewing it down. I requested a replacement and sent pictures of the error like they request on their website. I was denied the replacement because they stated that this was how the item was supposed to look like. I then sent another email with the two other identical type of bags (different pattern) to show them that it was not normal. They then agreed to send me a replacement bag. The replacement bag came the exact same way. When I showed the teacher both damaged bags, she was gracious about it and accepted one even though I told her I would return it and get her another brand. I cannot believe this company would put me in such a position especially sending out a replacement. You couldn't be bothered to QC the product before you sent it out? Needless to say, it's the last time I do any sort of business with this company and I recommend you do not either.
