Dry Aged Beef Chuckeye Steak (Delmonico Style)

Absolutely delicious, I sous vide them to a beautiful mid-rare then seared them in a skillet. They came out fantastic. I definitely highly recommend them.

Very tasty steaks. Grilled them for Fathers Day. Delicious steaks. Tender, juicy, very flavorful. Only criticism, they could be thicker to allow a longer cook time to help refer some of the fattiness out of them.
