Chilean Sea Bass - 2ea 6oz portions

As usual, the sea bass was superb. Did it with a miso glaze made with the sweet white miso. It’s essentially a “cube” of fish, so it’s a little difficult to cook through properly, but attention will pay off.

Chilean Sea Bass- Marinated in preserved lemons and shallot, baked in the tagine. Served with couscous and Brussels sprouts with preserved lemon Beurre Blanc. I was even impressed and I cooked it. "Take quality ingredients and try not to F-them up" Anthony Bourdain. 4Star seafood is my go-to and their reputation for freshness and high quality are well earned.

Quality of fish high, can't get anymore fresh unless i catch it. Will use again
