It's perfect for what I need...

As a hobby, I like to graft Apple 🍎 trees. This knife I think will be an excellent grafting knife. It can double as a Apple peeler. Here's a couple other knives that I have purchased from Cutlery and More. Enso SG2, I can't say enough about. The best meat and vegetables knives I've ever used.
