The clearance on this knife is perfect for my relatively large hands. Far superior than their standard 8” Chef. If this came in a 9” or 10” it would be the perfect workhorse. Unfortunately, the 10” isn’t available in the American market. Great knife - 5 stars.

It does an excellent job of dicing vegetables. The handle is comfortable and the knife seems fairly light to handle. My husband loves to use it.
