Staub 11" Matte Black Crepe Pan

I haven't had a chance to try it out yet. The reviews sound like it will be a great crepe maker. The only critique I can make at this time is that the wooden spatula has a crack running half way down in the center and I don't know how long until it breaks. Also it would have been nice if there would have been instructions for use of the specific crepe pan included. There is a small section of basic instructions on care of Staub pans, but that is all. No recipes of how to's included. I guess that is what the internet is for!
