First, the NanoBond Titanium Sauté Pan is very well constructed, performs very well with great heat dispersion for ease of use. Also cleans up very easily! The real reason for my rating goes beyond the pan and to the GREAT customer service provided by Reagan when there was an issue with the contents of the set we purchased. The response was immediate and Reagan made it easy to exchange one product for another with minimal effort on our part. We would buy from Cutlery & More again (and have!) Thanks again! Steve
