I needed to replace some old steak knives. These work great, they sharpe and comfortable to use. Solid choice if you are looking for steak knives with comfortable handles.

Henckels Serrated Steak Knives

I am very disappointed with this set. Both my wife and found them to not be sharp, at least not sharp enough to cut chicken breasts without a lot of effort. I'm double disappointed because I've owned a set of Henckel's Four Star knives for years and have been pleased with them. The steak knives look and feel good and perhaps they do better cutting steak but they really should be sharp enough to cut chicken. Now I have a set I can't use and have to purchase another one.
