I was sent a 6 mm ring. I ordered an 8 mm. This less product for more money. With jewelry; less weight less product - means less money. Also i had to pay $5 in an attempt to exchange it out for the correct ring that was a originally ordered. They may send you the incorrect product then charge you to make it correct. I put in a request and have heard nothing.
