Ring Bear is so amazing!! I ordered my husbands wedding band from here and everything was amazing. Unfortunately, the ring randomly broke within a year of having it. They worked with my husband and I to ensure the ring was replaced and provided a ring sizer to confirm the best size for him. Amazing! I ordered this ring after becoming a bit frustrated with the male ring market. There was always little information and more often than not, men's rings were modeled by women which didn't help us to visualize what it would look like on his hand. Once I clicked on Ring Bear, I was immediately impressed with the interface and the descriptions of the items. Each ring had a detailed description and lots of pictures! Shipping was great but unfortunately the ring was the wrong size. I am TERRIBLE at exchanging items because it's generally such a hassle. David and Alex made the entire process a breeze. They helped to ensure I had checked the dimensions and measured correctly. They were kind and even noticed which university I had attended based on my email. The ring came back quickly and my fiancé hasn't taken it off since. He is in the army and is constantly sleeping outside and doing things that you wouldn't want to wear a ring for. His ring is still in perfect condition and scratch free. The brushed effect is just subtle enough that it isn't too shiny and even with every day wear, the ring looks new!
