We first tried the smoked salt and pepper when it was a gift from our son who lives in Denver. The combo of salt, smoke and pepper workes in just about everything from omelets to meats to roasted veggies. It is now a staple in our kitchen.

This is my absolute favorite seasoning. It can be used in so many ways, not just meats. I use it on red potatos and even in homemade guacamole! It's also great on homemade smoked salmon.
