I am sold on this product. I was leary, to say the least, however seeing that it was HSA approved, I knew it had to pass muster. Love it. Love it. Love it. I've started out slowly with the brush and light therapy and one of the large discs. Can't wait to get in a groove with the system to see and feel results.

I would like to give 5 stars, because if it worked it feels amazing, appears well made and I love the oil. The plates are easy to switch out. The case is beautiful. The problem is from the very first use it gets stuck and stops rotating. The motor is still running and the red light works but it appears to get jammed. This happened with every attachment and attempt to use with little to no pressure. I am waiting to hear back from customer service who said it will take 1-2 weeks to review the complaint and video demonstrating the defect. Im hoping it gets replaced and works because the 30 seconds it dod work was heaven!

This device burned me pretty badly. And customer service took a long time getting back to me and does not seem the least bit sorry. I would like a full refund and would like it processed today so i can get a shipping label and return your faulty product.
