Champions Package

I had this issue both times I ordered. They have excellent customer service & corrected issue the first time & then some - this 2nd time I didnt bother an notify them but will not be ordering any meats that are not packed like salami or sopressa. Both times the meat in these package deals have lost there vacuum seal in route rendering it unsafe to consume. It is obviously due to no protection being shipped as both times I have received, the box has been squished in some sort of awful way & the meat products are not in the cold pack bags just loose in the box. Also, the meat sweats on its journey to 80 degree Alabama. The first time it was beef jerky & it was discolored & lost its vacuum seal - this time it was the summer sausage. This company has some of the best curds there is. No other complaints, I will just be careful when & what I order. Things happen & I understand. I truely believe it is in the shipping & lack of protection of the product. Still 3 big stars for amazing cheese!!
