Not often do you purchase something that exceeds your expectations. . . this knife has done just that. It's my first but it wont be my last. If you havn't already done so stop reading this and go buy a knife!

I never thought that I could love another Miyabi but this knife is impeccable, now if I could only hone my cutting skills… truly fun to use, highly recommend.

This knife and the 4 others are simply the best knives we have ever owned. We were of the view that our 22 Wusthoff knives were good but the Miyabi surpasses everything.
