Orchard Grocery Pannier

I have to give one stars due to the face that shipping took forever 15 days and i paid for express shipping. Then the first time i used the bags the strap on the katy bag snapped off. Contacted company and they sent me a you tube video how to “DIY” fix the strap. Asked them to send a replacement bag. Now just have to wait for it to arrive. Hopefully it doesnt take 15 days again. UPDATE: i filled out a warranty form on july 3. Its veen 25 days and still do have a replacement bag. 🙄 UPDATE: they gave me a gift card (not enough to buy another bag) and after making me fill out a warrenty form and making me wait a month i was told they arent sending a replaxement bag cause it will be the same and will also break.i was told to fix it myself with their Diy yourube video. Will never buy from them again.

Love this panier. Its our 2nd one. We bring it into the grocery store with us. Its very roomy and can handle close to 2 bags of groceries.
