The bag is nice but the customer service leavea something to be desired. They sent me a bag and the strap broke the day i got it and i have been waiting 25 days and still havent recieved a replacement bag. Ridiculous

Love this panier. Its our 2nd one. We bring it into the grocery store with us. Its very roomy and can handle close to 2 bags of groceries.
