Great product. Easy install. Needed a couple of firmware updates after initial install which went smoothly. Shelly website quite good. Appeared immediately in my Home Assistant instance and all monitoring and control parameters available. I'm using it for a twin element hot water heater. Elements are 3.6KW (15A) so it's on the limit. Heater only ever uses 1 element at a time so it won't exceed the 25A limit of the device. It's installed in the meter box and in a plastic box around the DIN rail. It is summer here and the meter box is in the sun for 1/2 of the day. I'm having overheating issues with the device (at least is has temperature monitoring and overheat protection) so I've added some ventilation to the plastic box and moved it away from the circuit breakers to give it a bit more airflow. Hopefully that solves/helps. If not, I may need to add some heatsinks to the sides to help get the heat out of it.
