Failed components, Excellent Support

I could not get my R Pro-1 properly configured. Turned out it was a defective Ld2412 component. A support was timely and efficient in getting me replacement. I had worked for days trying to get the original device configured without luck. With a working component I got the LD2412 configured and working in the R Pro-1 within about 90 minutes. It has been rock solid for 2 days now. Support was excellent. Efficient and to the point. Not going though scripts of useless stuff. I felt they trusted people to be honest and competent. There are issues with lack of complete documentation so one can troubleshoot on there own. Lots of settings are not fully explained. There are also issue of ghost detection's in multi target mode that I never resolved. But then I don't need multi target so I just turned it off. My R Pro-1 is up and running in production for me. Reliable and no false triggers.

Finally a mmWave sensor without compromise!

Been through about 5 other versions of mmWave sensors over the past year and have been unhappy with all of them for one reason or another. This one is the first that just works and KEEPS working. No constantly needing to power cycle, no dropping off my network, no false positives from reflective surfaces, nothing. It just does what it's supposed to do. Wife approval and all. I'm very happy.
