I love the flavor of duck! These duck sausage links are outstanding. They have a wonderful flavor-profile that I have never tasted before; totally taste bud awakening. I fried them in a cast iron skillet with bacon rendering that I filtered and saved (I have jars of these depending on the style of the bacon cure and smokiness). I will order more duck sausage!
