Alligator Sausage ~ made with Smoked Pork & Cajun Spices

Best alligator sausage ever. I have been adding it to an annual low country boil for years. The sausage gets rave reviews. The boil wouldn't be the same without it.

The sausage was packed and shipped great, taste was great! Used a few for jambalaya and another few took out of the casing and mixed with venison to make some country surf and turf chili, tasted amazing!
