First time using a mandoline

I gave this slicer and a glove to a friend who likes to cook and who’s never used a mandoline. She loves it and can’t stop raving about it. She shows me photos of vegetables she’s sliced. This gadget is really useful and in particular this one as it’s sharp, wide enough for many vegetables and easy to use.
