Plenty Natural Lactation Support

Giving the product 5 stars! It’s been a great product so far. I do wish it had some calcium in it for the breastfeeding mamas that need to up that intake and also some choline for the breast feeding mamas. I’ve loved it though otherwise!

I have felt a change with mood and energy so far. I haven’t been taking quite a month yet, but I definitely have felt like I have more energy and I’m not so tired. My milk supply hasn’t changed that I have noticed. I like that these are essentially tasteless and odorless, I was afraid of a taste and the capsule holds it well.

I have loved Plenty! My breastfeeding journey is coming to an end as we approach my baby's 1 year and I was able to reach my goal with plenty’s help!!
