Mixes well in coffee- adds a pleasant creaminess and tastes slighty of coconut. I mix it with a cocoa and functional mushroom powder and mix into coffee. The coconut flavor is not sttong but if you don’t like coconut, there’s no avoiding it. As for effectiveness, i’ve only been using it two weeks, so too early to tell.
