Its not bad. Flavor is decent. There isnt really clear instructions how much water to use for the drink. It took about a month for me to even get my order since it was sent from China. There was no tracking at all here. You have to get the link from the website since its international. Nonetheless, ive used it for a week now and noticed my baby is seeming more satisfied from breastfeeding now. Im needing to formula feed less which is a big win for me.
