These have really helped me maintain and even increase my supply despite recently dropping an 8th daily session (and a second daily power pump session) 15 weekspostpartum. I have been typically pumping an ounce or more than I had been per session, which is significant for an undersupplier/just enougher.

Since I started taking these drops I've definitely noticed an increase in my supply! I do 2 drops twice a day with my body armor drinks and I personally don't taste a difference. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about it!
