Carol P from Hurom Customer service was very friendly and helpful into replacing a part for my mother's day gift juicer. She was very approachable and understood the part that was required. My mother was very happy when she received the chamber part, and continues to juice daily. Thanks again for the wonderful communication and support. Will definitely buy another Hurom juicer in the future.

Perfect replacement chamber

I've had my Hurom juicer for several years and I love it. But its chamber got completely stuck. I was happy to find a replacement chamber, so I didn't have to buy a new juicer. It's a perfect fit and works very well.

Excellent customer service

A part broke and was replaced promptly. This type of customer service hardly exists anymore and is so appreciated. I’m a life long Hurom fan!
