Hi there I received this item in the mail and I wanted to follow up and say that it looks used. I’ve taken pictures but can’t seem to attach them to this web form. Hurom customer service has been great thus far so I was wondering if this was maybe an error/defect, as the other items I have received are usually great quality. Spinning Brush Replacement

Getting a new spinning brush solved the issue I was having for weeks! I juice over a quart of celery juice per day. I cut it up in 1” pieces and feed the juicer slowly. For weeks the spinning brush would stall, I’d hit the reverse button and it would fix it for a minute only. Cole from customer service helped me a lot to solve the problem. Since having a new spinning brush the juicer works great again. Thank you!
