Terrible service

We bought this in August 2020, the auger broke a week after first use. Obviously the model we were shipped was an out of date model. Our unit has a hex drive for the auger the replacement has a square drive. Customer service (Erica) told us the warehouse has no more hex drive augers but they will be available last September early October. It is now mid October and Erica no longer answers emails. We now have a $620 boat anchor. I’m not impressed at all at this overpriced garbage. Our effort to return the unit for a refund has been ignored.
