Lumyhealth Grounding Mat for Bed

One of the metal snaps has fallen off my mat after only short time using it. The user manual lacks information on how the grounding mat actually works and what the user could expect over what period of time. I moved it from the bed to the floor and lay on it during breaks or rest periods. Sleeping bare skin on the mat material throughout the night is not very comfortable. I am going continue using it and hope for results over time. Thank you.

Brilliant far better than my older one from Amazon highly recommend I now sleep thro to 6am never did before
