Amazing

Here’s a short, natural version: I would genuinely never know these were gluten free. The baguettes are perfectly crusty on the outside with a soft, tender crumb, such a good chew, and so much flavor. And they make an AMAZING sandwich. Gifted Breads absolutely nailed it.

New to gluten free eating

I am new to a gluten free diet and have to say it has been a journey. I have never had to read product ingredient labels and am surprised at how many things I can no longer eat. I love bread and thought finding a gluten free bread that taste good was never going to happen! I tried the baguette, it was easy to prepare from frozen, the taste and texture was amazing!!!! The breads shipped in a cooler with icepacks so they stayed frozen, I put them straight in the freezer per instruction. I had zero problems, the items were fresh and amazing. The only downside for me is the cost. Like I said earlier, I have never had to read labels or watch what I ate so I am used to paying $3-$5 for bread. This is more expensive but when you find a product that taste good and is gluten free, the cost is irrelevant.

Makes The Grade

If you follow the directions, you will enjoy good gluten-free bread and rolls. I just wish that the baguettes are larger. I think the rolls are too small and I won’t order them again, but I will order the baguettes again even though they’re small.
