Ooey-gooey thick, rich and delicious balsamic

Bought a 5L jug of the VR Aceti Balsam Organic Vinegar (Item Number: 1411BALS), and it is even better than expected. We were given a gift of this in a 250mL bottle and finished it in about two weeks. I hadn’t enjoyed salad that much for as long as I could remember and we eat a lot of salad! There is an old expression that when you only have a hammer, everything looks like a nail. With this balsamic vinegar — which is thick but not too thick, not too sweet (no added sugar!), and has complex flavors — everything we eat now looks like yummy salad and gets a healthy dose of this tangy goodness. Veggies, pasta, even savory desserts, get at least a sprinkle. Best “hammer" I every bought. Also, Jon at Ritrovo was super responsive and got back to me as soon as the product came in.
