I want to love this bag because it’s everything I’ve been looking for: laptop sleeve but not too bulky if I don’t have a laptop in it, easy and sleek backpack/tote conversion, fits on my lap on the city bus and under a seat on a plane, pockets for organization, etc. However the stitching on one of the backpack straps came undone the first time I used it. The bag was pretty full with a laptop, water bottle, headphones, planner, first aid kit, phone, wallet, and keys, but a bag should be constructed so it can handle the weight if it’s full. I’m going to try to reinforce the stitching on all the straps on my own because I really like the bag, it’s just disappointing.
