Very tasty, but a little too sour

The truffle taste is wonderful, but it has a bit to much sour taste to it.

....just not quite what I expected. I thought it would be more of a tapenade then a spread. It is delicious, though a little lacking in truffle flavor. Fortunately, a little goes a long way, because the jar is "little". I'm just happy that Ritrovo has stuck with olive oil and not succumbed to sunflower oil.
