All Purpose Cajun Seasoning

When you're in the north, Creole and Cajun get even very commingled with creole seasonings being the more common. Something like this lets you get into the weeds a bit when cooking and let's you distinctly make something Cajun. Made a big pot of gumbo, potato salad, and rice and was a big hit out at a camping event. It gives the chef the ability to point out some of the distinctness of this style of cooking without saying a word.

My favorite seasoning use it on everything! My kids took one of the containers emptied it added a hook and gave to me as a Christmas Ornament!
