I've been to some high end steakhouses but these filets on a searing hot cast iron and brought to temp in my oven was literally top 5 things we've ever eaten. My dad, who has been asking about trying Wagyu, has been back and forth because of the price. After this experience, he won't stop talking about how he can't go back to supermarket steaks after this. You've got a customer for life.
