Spicy but a little too much sugar. Only a tablespoon is actually necessary with some lime juice. Then it’s excellent with good balance.

The spicy agave has become my go-to in almost every cocktail I make (and I make a lot of them!) If the recipe calls for simple syrup, it’s getting spicy agave instead. Sweet heat in a pouch!
