Chicken Gumbo

Havenot used it yet, waiting on gumbo weather. I live alone and figured this would be great to make a small gumbo for me and still have some to put in the freezer. From Abbeville so I know that Cajun Power is great.

Have been buying this for years. I usually buy direct but they do sell at Walmart. So that's a good thing. I'm always asked for my recipe. Hate to tell people I just open a jar and add chicken (I do add sausage also). Quick delivery. I started out buying Garlic Sauce back in the 90s after eating that at restaurants in Abbeville. Now eat all types of their mixes.

I quit making gumbo after discovering Cajun Power. They make it better than i do. Enjoy it more and the Yankee friends up here say its better than mine. Nuf said.
