I felt no side-effects that other berberines can sometimes cause. I haven't had followup labs yet to see if it has changed anything but I am leaving a review since I was prompted and I love MegaFood's products and customer service and packaging (glass bottles), and I trust that of all berberine products available, this is surely the best. Grateful.

Easy to take. No upset stomach. Helps curb my appetite however I have not experienced any weight loss after two months of taking.
