Description
Our favorite addition to bone broth and stocks – these are high in gelatin and have tons of nutrients. The meat is very tender and great when braised.

The oxtails were delicious! Braised in a garlic gravy with onions in a crockpot for at least 6-8 hours. Great over mashed potatoes and a veggie! Will order again! Thank You!
