Grass Fed Skirt Steak

I wish I were a better expert than just my own personal taste, but I love these steaks. I've done salt and pepper, rub, even a marinade. Flavor rich, adaptable, easy to cook. Ive purchased from GV 3 times now, love all the stuff Ive tried, Ive given away some it to neighbors and they love it too.
