Two seemed to work and give me energy to get theu the day. 5 gummies honestly isnt enough to be able to make a really good hudgmebt if they work really well and u keep the energy going from the gummies

They were great and not too bad of a taste. I wish they were more affordable but i will buy more when i can i guess.

I have taken fist dose, 2nd dose, and the 3x dose and I did not feel any differently than I do on days that I have not taken it. My wife has taken the different dosages as well and also is unable to tell a difference, even a small one. I had high hopes for these, and they may work for some, but these arent for us.
