The Gut Soother: L-Glutamine Powder

Good quality and easy to incorporate into my routine

I’ve been enjoying this product so far. The powder blends really well and the taste is much better than I expected, which makes it easy to stay consistent with taking it. I also appreciate that it doesn’t feel heavy or difficult on my stomach. I’m still fairly early in using it, so I can’t fully speak on long-term gut changes yet, but overall I think it’s a quality product and a great addition to my wellness routine. I do believe my bloating has decreased and I’m looking forward to continuing to use it.
