Now fermenting
I brew Baltic Wolf every winter to use the cold nights in New England for new freezing fermentation. I will move this batch outside next Wednesday. It has been fermenting at 47F for 10 days. Initial SG was 1.048, it is now 1.015.

Wolf In Sheeps Clothing
Made this beer and it was one of my first lagers after 15+ years of brewing ales. I didn't "Lager" the beer in the 30's due to not having the proper equipment. What I noticed when I first tapped it had more fig and raisin notes, as it has "Lagered" in my kegerator for a couple of weeks, my wife and I both agreed that it had really improved, smoother, more refreshing and very easy to drink. I just bought this again to restock!

Anticipation...
Can't give it a 5 just yet - has yet to be brewed. Really looking forward to it though as it sounds delicious (thus a 4 for now). Will probably ferment it on LalBrew's NovaLager yeast, which is a bit forgiving and has done a clean job for me on Pils and Kolsch in the past. Will add to review after I've had a pint or two of it.
