InBody Dial H30 Smart Body Composition Scale - REFURBISHED

I am having a hard time rating the H30 because I dislike the app. The app does not clearly define measurements or even tell you how to use the app itself. Terms need clarification. Explain the slide bars and goal percentages. It also has a cheesy competition area. I want to be able to go to a tab for weight, muscle mass, viseral fat, hydration etc and have it tie into nutrition. I don't want my health gamified.

Great product that gives me insightful health information.

The ability to measure weight, lean body mass, percentage body fat, visceral fat and BMR in the same manner as your health practitioner is amazing. Everyone should own one.
