Tellicherry Black Peppercorn

I usually order peppercorns whole and grind them myself, but World Spice sent me a sample of their Tellicherry Black Peppercorns ground and I love it. It retains the flavor of the whole peppercorn and is nothing like the weak stuff you get from most purveyors. If I need a teaspoon or so of ground pepper and don't feel like twisting my wrist or hauling out the molcajete, World Spice ground Tellicherry Black Pepper is perfect!

Fresh and aromatic. So good for creating spice blends. I use it a lot. If they are all this good then I look forward to trying out your other peppercorns.

Best black pepper I've had and don't think I'll be going back. I've even accidentally bought the pre-ground version and it has way more flavor and scent than the usual. Fresh ground whole peppercorns really add to dishes.
