Long Pepper is a fragrant, piquantly funky addition to anything from salad dressings to pasta sauces and roast veggies! A little goes a long way so err on adding a smaller amount and scale up to taste. I love that World Spice sends this ingredient in a sealed tin canister which is fully recyclable! Environmental Win!

Absolutely thrilled to find this product. The store manager in seattle was a powerhouse of knowledge on all the spices, herb, blends and teas! I wish there were an eastcoast storefront. Id be a regular without a doubt!
As for the long pepper, its got a pleasant, subtle heat with a piney/floral note. Pairs with any meat and have been using in French dishes to my delight!
