I am working with new spices, flavors I haven't tried before. When I read that Amchoor might work as a substitute for vinegar, I was intrigued. I sprinkled a little on strawberries, to offset the sweetness of the berry but still enhance the taste of the berries. It was delightful, a sweet, tart taste that boosted the berry flavor.
